The Germans must disable the RAF's 4 Radar Towers and the Harwich Weapons Factory for the invasion to have a chance of success. To win, THE GERMANS MUST DESTROY THE 5 OBJECTIVES before their ticket count hits zero, while the British must defend the objectives until the German tickets run out.
