Xath is believed to be a small Goa'uld prison outpost. Intel states that it is run by loyal Anubis Guards, and that this is the current location of 25 captured Rebel Jaffa soldiers. The Tau'ri emerge from the Stargate to find they must adapt to the immediate changes in tactic. They find themselves on an archipelago, one of many isolated examples on Xath. A small Jaffa encampment is located to the south of the Gate, perhaps capturing this pivot point may lead to further intel of the Rebel Jaffa prisoner's location.
