While Offworld examining a mayan temple, the Tau'ri have come under attack from an unknown number of Goa'uld forces. The Tau'ri were able to garrison themselves in the temple and have set it as their primary objective to defend their position until the Goa'uld force has been repelled. The throne room of the temple has been turned into a temporary First Aid Station.
